Nestlé Nigeria unveils new Maggi Chicken seasoning with double-cube convenience and enhanced taste

NESTLÉ Nigeria has introduced a revitalized version of its iconic Maggi Chicken Flavour Seasoning Cubes, now crafted with a more vibrant blend of spices, onion, turmeric , and celery.

The relaunch offers an enhanced chicken flavor, designed to delight Nigerian consumers who rely on Maggi to bring depth and aroma to their meals.

A significant update to the product is the new double-cube format, aimed at adding convenience and reducing packaging by 25%, aligning with Nestlé’s sustainability goals for a waste-free future.

This announcement took center stage at the Maggi Creators Conference, a collaborative event between Nestlé and TikTok that brought together food enthusiasts, chefs, and content creators from across Nigeria.

The conference created a space for food experts to share knowledge, collaborate on digital food storytelling, and explore the “double goodness” of the newly upgraded Maggi Chicken flavour cubes.

Wassim Elhusseini, CEO of Nestlé Nigeria, expressed the company’s excitement about the product’s relaunch, noting that the double-cube format reflects a commitment to sustainable business practices.

Rahamatou Palm Zakari-Adamou, Maggi Category Manager, added that MAGGI’s aim remains to support Nigerian cooks by delivering consistent taste and aroma, continuing the brand’s decades-long legacy in Nigerian kitchens.

Nestlé developed the new seasoning based on consumer insights, ensuring it aligns with local preferences and cooking styles. With these improvements, Maggi aims to deepen its role in Nigerian cuisine, offering a flavorful, convenient, and environmentally mindful choice for families across the nation.
